Who We Are Looking For

The Digital Marketing Director will be working closely with internal team members to strategically manage and optimize both new and existing digital marketing campaigns to transform business and growth goals into successful digital efforts. They will also strengthen our high quality deliverables by working directly with partners and our team to create a plan that will achieve the best results possible. The Digital Marketing Director should have demonstrated experience developing data-driven strategies, creating and optimizing online campaigns, and design and development. This is a client facing and internal management role.

The ideal candidate can bring expertise and passion for digital marketing, and has a desire to build a great team. They are detail-oriented, creative, and have a love of numbers. The Digital Marketing Director has to be a planner, ready to collaborate on a roadmap to success and show others the vision. Strong communication must be important to them, with genuine care about our partners and the people they work with. Flexibility and the ability to adapt the plan to meet the changing needs of our partners in the fast paced environment of digital marketing is essential.


  • Maintain clear and effective communication between our partners and the team-work across departments with peers, while serving as a strategic advisor to both our team and our partners.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners, maintaining clear channels of communication and regularly providing reporting and strategy updates during partner meetings 
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ad and Google Ad Manager-Strategically optimize our performance of digital ad campaigns for different partners, ensuring execution that brings a strong ROI. Use ads to support the overall performance of the partner’s websites and maximize revenue.
  • Act as an expert in display and programmatic ad management; establish best practices and policies for all aspects of campaign execution
  • Track and report on organic and paid search performance across marketing channels and against direct and indirect competitors 
  • Evaluate the needs of the consumer market – understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands so as to ensure client satisfaction and results
  • Report to the Founder/CEO and support in managing the company
  • Identify and present new opportunities for revenue generation; identify internal workflow improvement opportunities. Ensure that we are constantly experimenting with and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and meet or exceed our revenue targets
  • Guide design and development team to work on best practices and align with the lead generating initiatives

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Must possess at least 5 years of professional digital experience
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours to meet the needs of our growing company
  • Willingness to do tactical execution on projects as needed based on expertise and internal resources available.
  • A keen understanding of the needs and nuances of the consumer market and a growth mindset is a must.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills and the ability to create engaging content in response to performance data analytics (ROI and KPIs)
  • Management experience of several partners accounts and an internal team simultaneously
  • Expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads Manager or other ad servers is a must
  • Demonstrated experience in advertising optimization – targeting ads, tracking, improving click-through rates, reporting on conversion
  • Understanding of web design and development
  • The ability to self-prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel; Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, ClickUp and Adobe beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication
