Who we are looking for

  • Experienced Agency Professional: Ideally, you’re a former agency owner or an experienced freelancer with deep knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, content marketing, paid media, and more.
  • Established Network: You come with an existing book of business and a network of industry connections, making it easy for you to hit the ground running.
  • Sales-Savvy but Strategic: You have a knack for identifying business opportunities but also see the bigger picture—focusing not just on client acquisition, but on fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships.
  • Results-Oriented: You’re motivated by tangible results and are passionate about driving growth for both our clients and our agency.

Responsibilties

  • Identify and Secure New Clients: Leverage your existing book of business and network to bring in new clients, expanding our client roster with high-quality partnerships.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals, challenges, and growth potential.
  • Strategize and Collaborate: Work closely with our internal team to craft customized solutions for clients, identifying opportunities to align their objectives with our services and grow the relationship over time.
  • Represent Our Brand: Act as an agency partner, effectively communicating our value proposition and unique service offerings to potential clients and partners.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Business Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment with a focus on business development or client acquisition.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices across SEO, content marketing, paid media, and social media.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.
  • Relationship Management: Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Adaptable and Strategic: Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry, aligning client needs with agency services effectively.
