About this Project
444 Social is a luxury apartment community featuring open floor plans and sophisticated finishes. Featuring award-winning amenities and a prime location, the apartments promote an extraordinary lifestyle for residents. The dog-friendly community was ready to launch, and came to 97 Switch to convey their unique, lavish apartment experience.
Getting straight to work, we began conducting research on how to help 444 Social stand out in a crowd. Deciding to emphasize the luxurious and active style of living that was made possible by living here, the strategy we crafted involved careful ad placement on multiple platforms. We focused on featuring ads that were responsive to the available inventory to bring in a steady stream of leads.
We knew that beyond a successful launch, it would be imperative to set up the apartments for long term success. We accomplished this through careful SEO strategy for their website and listings, as well as through creating a community on social media which catered to the current residents. We also decided to write blogs that speak to the residents’ needs and feature their pets online.
