Launching an Autograph Collection Hotel
We partnered with Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection before their launch to help create and market their creative online. We focused on their website, online listings, social media and supporting their media campaigns.

Many Autograph Collection hotels have different marketing strategies than other types of Marriott hotels as they are showcasing a unique experience. To support the property’s needs to showcase their hotel and identity, we designed, built, and currently manage the website. The website focuses on the intersection of art and science, a theme of the property. We were able to create a website with an attractive front end with a back-end that functions well. The website helps with organic search engine optimizations, advertising campaigns and marketing goals for the hotel beyond direct bookings including driving traffic to generate private events leads.
Strong attention to detail was important in designing Hotel EMC2 and we kept that attention when it came to digital strategy. Close watch of marketing data and attention paid to Marriott Plus and Marriott Ecommerce allows for strong direct, organic and paid search results. With such a unique concept, social media marketing has always been important to the experience of guests and attracting visitors to the property.

Reopening after the Pandemic
The travel industry was turned upside down during the pandemic. We adjusted with Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection, making quick and strategic updates to the website, online listings and social media. We managed ad-spend and OTA’s closely while maintaining strong communication with guests, Marriott and our whole team. As the vaccine becomes more available, we continue to work to drive direct bookings, private events and corporate travel.
