We revamped MassVR’s website including a redesign, branding, SEO, and optimizing conversions. The year-over-year data results were impressive, with users staying on the site longer, and tons of new visitors viewing the site.
Digital Ad Campaigns
We ran ad campaigns with action-packed videos of real people. Using Facebook Lookalike Audience, we selected a highly effective audience of users with similar online habits with previous interest in MassVR.
The social media strategy integrated promotions and gameplay footage which proved to dramatically increase the social reach. Between February 2019 and February 2020, MassVR Facebook followers grew by 331% and Instagram by 552%, ultimately reaching over 9 million users across all social media platforms.

About this Project
MassVR, a free-roam virtual reality gaming experience, allowed groups to play and compete in a virtual reality world. The game used technology that allowed people to walk around in a 16,000 square foot virtual arena. They came to 97 Switch to help create a digital marketing strategy that would showcase their immersive product and increase brand awareness.
We began by creating a cohesive plan for their branding, website, and social media presence centered on their experience. This included introducing new social media platforms as well as optimizing content for their current platforms to give viewers a taste of the extraordinary game. After we conducted market research, we worked to create and continually optimize targeted methods for their digital ads strategy. These also featured video, and were responsible for the surge of engagement from viewers. To advance MassVR’s website’s reach and conversion rates, we emphasized the game’s unique branding and implemented SEO practices.
Through MassVR’s updated and improved website, digital ads, and social media strategies, brand awareness and sales climbed.
