B2B real estate software company revamps digital strategy leading to merger in 2021
Strategy and Analytics Reporting
Using weekly/monthly meetings and analytics reports – including website traffic sessions, bounce rate cost per click, cost per acquisition, and qualified leads – we helped Mobile Doorman deploy a consistent strategy for their business.
After finding that Google Ads had the highest ROI (compared to Facebook and LinkedIn) and researching keywords and tags, we deployed a variety of ads, extensions, and personas. We also developed a landing page to strengthen the overall ad strategy. The results were almost instantaneous: site user traffic grew in the first month by 41% and the site also generated 50+ leads on the site.
We bolstered the contact list and the email marketing outreach with refreshed campaigns. This allowed Mobile Doorman to reach users about new features, industry news, and upcoming events. It also led to the team expanding their marketing team to continue working on these efforts.
“97 Switch serves as a valuable member in developing strategies and marketing content that produces results. Their expertise, adherence to deadlines, and constant communication stand out.”

About this Project
Mobile Doorman is a mobile software company that provides an app for residents to connect with property operators. Through their app, communication becomes easier and more efficient within the property, which helps operators manage efficiently, improve retention, and boost their bottom line. This great solution needed a stronger digital marketing strategy, which is why they came to 97 Switch.
The goal was to increase lead generation through performance marketing, which was accomplished through creating content that was utilized via paid advertising platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Email marketing was also a key part of our digital marketing efforts, helping to nurture and grow the buildings wanting to use their app.
More than just creating and pushing out content, Mobile Doorman needed a way to track the progress and growth of their marketing efforts. We set up analytics and reported on the momentum gained each week and provided ongoing strategy sessions with both of our teams to improve initiatives.
After the first month and through the combined digital marketing efforts of our teams, Mobile Doorman saw a 41% increase in user traffic and generated 50 new leads. The achievements of the marketing campaign led to a successful merger with Zego in 2021.
