Brief
The Village of Bannockburn is a small, affluent community located in Lake County, Illinois, about 30 miles north of downtown Chicago. Known for its spacious estates and rural atmosphere, Bannockburn is characterized by large residential lots, wooded areas, and a commitment to preserving its natural beauty.
97 Switch has been Village of Bannockburn’s digital partner since 2014. We produced a video that is used to promote the township’s unique and historic personality. In 2014 we created a responsive website for them, and then remodeled it in 2020 with a heavy emphasis on navigation for their numerous resources. Today, we continue to do maintenance for the site.

97 Switch has promoted Village of Bannockburn’s local festivals to bring in thousands of people. We also produced a promotional video to highlight the Village of Bannockburn's community. The video serves as strong marketing material to attract people to the area.
With over 70 pages of information about local government, applications, services, community events and more, simple navigation was a priority for the rebuild of the Village of Bannockburn site. We researched and planned a way to organize all of the resources and information so that residents and new visitors alike could easily access everything they need.
