The Albert is one of Chicago’s most exciting and innovative restaurants, and is a part of Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection. The head chef, Steven Chiappetti has been nominated for the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef Award and has been recognized by The New York Times, USA Today and Food & Wine.
97 Switch launched the Albert’s website prior to Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection's launch in 2016 with a focus on displaying the restaurant’s frequently changing for diners’ convenience online. Since then, we have provided a variety of services to produce leads for private events and the overall dining experience throughout the year. Our services have included strategic planning, digital ads email marketing, blog writing, SEO, reporting and website updates to continually support the restaurant's needs.

97 Switch has created digital ads, email marketing, and website strategies for the Albert which brought in 7,200+ visits to the reservations page, and 5,600+ visits to the private dining page, with 520 website form submissions in 2023.
A Feast for the Eyes
We designed and created a simple and chic website for the Albert, which has built website traffic over time with over 160,000 visitors in 2023. The site highlights the spirit of the restaurant as well as the unique background of its Head Chef, Stephen Chiappetti.
