97 Switch has been an ongoing partner for the hotel since before it opened in 2017, launching the original website and marketing – leading to winning the Marriott Hotel Opening of the Year in 2017.
In 2020, we helped the hotel navigate the pandemic and all of the challenges it brought with it for their digital presence.
In 2024, we have continued to support the hotel through a variety of marketing and website initiatives including a refreshed website, further promoting the hotel's unique personality with new design and technology. Through the continued partnership, the hotel is now ranked #1 on TripAdvisor in Chicago out of 210 hotels.
The Albert is one of Chicago’s most exciting and innovative restaurants, and is a part of Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection. The head chef, Steven Chiappetti has been nominated for the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef Award and has been recognized by The New York Times, USA Today and Food & Wine.
97 Switch launched the Albert’s website prior to Hotel EMC2, Autograph Collection's launch in 2016 with a focus on displaying the restaurant’s frequently changing for diners’ convenience online. Since then, we have provided a variety of services to produce leads for private events and the overall dining experience throughout the year. Our services have included strategic planning, digital ads email marketing, blog writing, SEO, reporting and website updates to continually support the restaurant's needs.
