About this project
Northern is a texting platform that empowers people to easily make smarter mortgage decisions. The company emphasizes making financial decisions quickly and easily and pride themselves on their exemplary customer service. They needed a website that could work as efficiently as they do and portray their expertise.
After starting our partnership, we started off with some branding exercises so that we could develop a professional look that accurately represents their personality. We presented a suite of design options, allowing Northern to pick the design that they liked best. The site was built to be mobile friendly first and centered around the chat feature. Together with their team, we decided that we also needed to integrate a few third party services into their website to make the process easier for people interacting with their business.
